P U L S E  is a high energy, high intensity session designed to elevate movement, endurance, and on court intensity across all levels. This 60 minute class focuses on dynamic movement, controlled live ball drills, and short, high intensity sequences rather than extended rallies. Drills are adaptable, allowing players of different levels to train together.


The emphasis is on maintaining a high level of physical output in an engaging, motivating environment while improving reaction time, coordination, and efficient footwork. The session also incorporates non tennis movements, including conditioning, agility, and full body exercises to enhance overall athletic performance. Players will move continuously through rapid fire feeds, directional patterns, and competitive bursts that keep intensity elevated throughout the session.


A demanding yet accessible format designed to build stamina, increase court movement, and deliver a strong physical workout in an energetic setting.
